Tables and Figures: reformatting of headings/captions included in Main Text edit at no additional charge. Reformatting of entire table/figure (i.e., getting rid of lines, changing of font size/spacing, etc., which often involves complete reconstruction) must be evaluated by editor on a case-by-case basis. The editor is always happy to let the clients know at no extra charge what needs to be done regarding extensive formatting so that the clients can choose to work on the tables/figures themselves to bring them into compliance with the APA requirements.

 

 

Rates include all APA formatting (including physical layout, headings, word choice, in-text citations, etc.) and line editing for grammar, punctuation, spelling, word choice, organization, and flow.

 

Table of Contents editing with no pagination checking includes keeping TOC consistent with changes in Main Text (and vice versa.) Table of Contents editing with pagination checking includes matching each item in the TOC with its correct current page number.

 

References editing with no cross-checking with the Main Text includes correct item formatting and quick Internet check of items with apparently missing or erroneous information. References editing with cross-checking with the Main Text includes ensuring a one-to-one relationship between the items on the References list and in-text citations (and vice-versa). Premium Rates for 3-4 day turnaround: add $25 or 25% (whichever is less)

Just send an email either describing or attaching your document in MS Word or RTF format. APAPro will send you an email confirming receipt, price, and due date. On larger projects especially for new clients, a 50% deposit may be required. All payments are via the APA PayPal link which accepts major credit/debit cards and e-checks as well as PayPal transfers.
